Schedule
WHO AM I?
Jump into spring semester by finding out who you are as a leader, what your strengths are, and how you can be most effective in your own life as well as in your organization. “Who Am I?” combines speakers and interactive elements to provide personal leadership development at its finest. This workshop requires a strengths assessment to be conducted by each individual prior to the session.
WHO ARE WE?
Ramping up in February, we bring you “Who Are We?” to face the challenges and methods of teamwork in an organization. Speakers, games, and challenges will have you getting active and interactive as you learn how to work best as a team in whatever situation you may face. This workshop is a continuation of the first workshop but it is not a prerequisite
HOW
DO WE WORK TOGETHER?
Before you leave for spring break, come by the high energy workshop to address conflict resolution--a crucial issue for all organizations and team members. By addressing critical issues through drama and comedy, teams and individuals will have the opportunity to interact with actors and each other to better develop their knowledge and approach in difficult situations. This workshop is key for leadership development as well as the health and efficiency of teams.
HOW DO WE WORK WITH EVERYONE ELSE?
But wait! Before the semester ends and you depart in search of either summer or permanent jobs and internships, be sure to attend this workshop! You will not only engage with campus leaders and officers, but you will be equipped with the tools to define yourself, present yourself professionally, network yourself, and collaborate with other organizations. Prepare to widen your horizons and prepare for your future! Beverages and business cards will be provided.
